Short version: the tools are free and provided as they are, you're responsible for how you use what you download, and this site isn't connected to any of the platforms it works with.
Using the tools
- The tools are free for personal and commercial work. Don't use them to overload the site (for example with automated requests); the link tools have rate limits.
- Platforms change their limits, rules and image sizes. The tools show what the platforms published at the "last checked" date on each page, but they can be out of date. Check anything important on the platform itself.
- The tools are provided "as is", without a guarantee that they'll always work or be error-free.
What you download
- Thumbnails, covers, profile pictures and banners belong to the people who made them. Downloading one doesn't give you the right to reuse it. Use them for your own content, with permission, or in ways the law allows, such as commentary or review. See Can I use someone's thumbnail?
- This site doesn't download videos or audio and won't add a way to do it.
- Don't use the tools to impersonate someone, to mislead people or to break a platform's rules.
YouTube API Services
The tag extractor, the comments downloader and the channel logo and banner downloader use YouTube API Services. By using them you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's use of the data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy. Comments you export belong to the people who wrote them and may be personal data: use them for your own analysis, not to publish names or contact people.
Not affiliated
PostPrepHub has no connection with YouTube, Google, TikTok, ByteDance, Instagram, Meta, X, Twitch, Kick, Snapchat or any other platform it mentions. All names and trademarks belong to their owners and are used only to say which service a tool works with.
